Kamikatsu Beer
JUST DRINK KAMIKATZ BEER - Just enjoying delicious beer leads to "something that's a little better for the environment" -
Based on Kamikatsu Town's "Zero Waste," we actively utilize non-standard agricultural crops and ingredients that are originally discarded in beer production. We also use citrus yuko and Kamikatsu Bancha, a specialty of Kamikatsu Town, to focus on the originality and ease of drinking that is unique to crafts.

reRise
The by-products (malt crust) emitted during the beer production process are not made into waste, but are converted into liquid fertilizer through microbial decomposition. The liquid fertilizer is then used to grow wheat and rice, and again used it in beer production. Like this initiative, the mechanism of positive resource recycling is called "reRise." The factory offers a view of equipment that produces liquid fertilizer.

Barrel Room
The beer is aged by stuffing beer into wooden barrels that have been laid with wine or whiskey, and aged them, and is aged and stored here. The wooden barrels used are originally discarded barrels provided by domestic wineries and whiskey distilleries. This not only allows you to utilize wooden barrels without waste, but also creates unique characters and deep flavor.

Indigo Tasting Tower
We offer consultations on original beers and tastings on finished beer. It was designed by Assembly, a group of British architects who won the Turner Prize. You will be actually inside the tower and will introduce the story behind the architecture, including designs that make use of Kamikatsu's materials and interactions with local residents.
